Salam Parents.
This is to inform you that we will be having Parent Teacher Conference next Sunday 16/7/23. There will be no classes on that day. We highly encourage you to book an appointment to meet your child’s teachers to discuss his/her progress and to collect the student reports . You may bring your child along to the meeting.
Please note each time slot is 10mins per child and the booking is done only with the Islamic Studies teachers. You can meet the Quran teachers either before or after your meeting with the Islamic studies teachers or in between the time slots of your appointments if you have more than one child. You do not need to book a meeting with the Quran teachers. Meeting with Quran teachers will be on a first come first served basis.
To access the Parent Teacher Conference booking, please click on link below and follow the instructions given :
Follow these instructions :
- Click “Select a time”
- Select 16/07/2023 and “Tickets”
- Choose your child/ren’s class/es and select one ticket using the dropdown menu. Tickets are arranged by time, so only select tickets for the time/s that suit you.
- Your chosen ticket will appear in your cart.
- When you are done, click “Register” and you will be prompted to provide the following information:
- Your full name
- Your email
- Your child’s name (a field will appear for each ticket you select)
- Select “Register” again, and you have now booked a Parent Teacher Conference session.
The last day for booking the appointments is Friday 14/7/23.
